Hybar Construction was founded in 2013 with a straightforward belief: if you do the work right and treat clients honestly, everything else follows. Anthony Delgott started the company in Philadelphia with that principle — and it's still the one we operate by.

We didn't grow through advertising. We grew because clients referred us to the people they trust most — their friends, their architects, their neighbors. That kind of growth is slower, but it's the only kind worth having. Every project we take on is a direct reflection of the relationships we've built over the past decade.

Today Hybar operates across high-end residential and commercial construction throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding region. The team is larger, the projects are more complex — but the standard hasn't changed.
